Yes. you could have claimed yourself to be Jin as your real name. And besides, Mysql Query browser shows the same I.P for both of you

You cant steal someones I.P adress. Supposly Router nowadays have Secured passwords.WiFi is the only way. But I doubt it since some one has to give them the Username and password to the router and your antivirus could have picked up the comptuers connecting to your Wifi.

Then your computer should have picked up the computers connected to your ISP.

idk, maybe my parent's have... my parent's computer is next to the router, I'm just using the wifi.

Also, while using wifi your ip is similar but the endings are sort of differnt. example. 192.XXX.XX.XX
Etc.
